FAQ
click2seat is an online platform for making reservations at your favorite cafes and restaurants.
Yes, click2seat is completely free.
All you need is to register, confirm your registration by clicking the link in the email you will receive after successful registration, and that's it. After that, you can find the desired cafe, club, or restaurant and create a reservation request.
Great! All that's left is to wait for the venue staff to confirm your request. The confirmation time can range from a few minutes to a maximum of 90 minutes. If the staff doesn't respond to your request within that period, the system will mark the reservation as declined.
All you need to do is show up at the venue at the time you made the reservation for. When you arrive, you need to present the QR code that was sent to your email when the staff accepted your reservation request. You can also find the QR code in the "My Reservations" section in the top right corner of the site. You must be logged in to see this section.
Canceling the reservation is possible, but only up to 4 hours before its scheduled time. It is not possible to cancel the reservation after that. This is very important for the venues so they can organize their table and other schedules accordingly, so it's expected that every created reservation will be successfully completed.
Every reservation accepted by the venue staff, when its time comes, must be verified by the venue staff by scanning the QR code or entering the numerical code. Verification can be done successfully up to 30 minutes after the reservation time. For example, if you made a reservation for 20:00, it must be verified by 20:30 at the latest, otherwise, the system will consider that you didn't show up. If you have 3 such reservations, the system will permanently block your account.
There is. You can have a maximum of 1 reservation per day. You can have up to 3 active reservation requests at any one time. The maximum number of attempts to create a reservation request at the same venue for the same date is 3.
